Mediation is conflict resolution for individuals, groups or businesses, by an impartial professional. Mediation helps people with differing points of view come to a mutually acceptable agreement.

As your mediator, my role is to help you find a solution to your conflict. I am neutral and do not
make decisions for you. My goal is to guide both sides toward outcomes that result in the least
disruption solution to your personal and financial lives.
Yes. Just like any other written contract, a mediated agreement is legally binding when both
parties have signed. Not all disputes require a written agreement to resolve the conflict.
Yes. In many cases, one three-hour session is all that is necessary to reach agreement.
Even when multiple sessions are needed, they are far less costly than litigation.
